The programme is managed under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (MoHUA) and Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), in which students will get to work for 100 smart cities. TULIP portal is developed by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The scheme was launched to provide the internship opportunities to thousands of fresh graduates and engineers of the county under Smart City projects in over 100 cities in the country.
