Over 35 lakh people are eligible to vote in the bypolls and will be deciding the fate of 19 candidates. Of the total votes cast, 26.39 per cent votes were cast in Rampur, and 29.4 per cent in Azamgarh, the election office said. According to the Chief Electoral Officer, the polling will continue till 6 pm today.
