The hotel was undergoing renovation when we visited, which was not informed at the time of booking, though I called the hotel directly for the booking. It was supposed to be a Work-ation and it was inconvenient to even sit in our room due to the annoying drilling noise that was right on top of our room. Bathroom had plumbing issues, water was getting blocked which had to be rectified. It took some time and multiple complaints for them to change our room, and give us a room a bit away from the noise. Room was spacious but dusty, though we were told that the room was freshly cleaned and prepped for us. Photographs attached show that the place needs a make-over. The room had a balcony, but the door handle had been removed making the balcony inaccessible. They should've installed fixed windows instead of presenting a broken handle to guests. Bathroom could use better lighting and better quality amenities. Housekeeping team and their services did not seem too great and prompt. The highlight and best part of the stay was...
