Polite staff in every area, especially the chef who manage the coffee shop. At swimming pool, there is some guys who abusing each other which is not good. Management should take care about that. We went at restaurant for dinner ,but restaurant staff surprise offers one pounds cake and decorated stage for cake cutting . Complimentary stage and cake that was surprised for us . Thanks to dalaan team ,who has provided surprise service and all.
