DU Admissions 2022-23: Delhi University has released the university's admission policy for the 2022-23 academic year. Vice Chancellor Yogesh Singh said that the eligibility will be decided on the basis of Common University Entrance Test (CUET 2022) marks. "The candidates will be able to appear in CUET only in those subjects which they have taken in class XII. The merit will also be calculated on the basis of combination of only those subjects in which the candidate has appeared in the CUET test," VC said. "It is mandatory for all the candidates to appear in CUET 2022 including those seeking admission to additional seats. The eligibility criteria will be decided on the basis of marks obtained in CUET," VC said. The candidates can appear for CUET in a maximum of six subjects out of which one must be a language subject. The best score will be considered for admission, added VC. According to Dean Admissions Haneet Gandhi, For admission in B.Sc programmes, the eligibility will be calculated on the basis of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology. The Delhi University (DU) will announce the schedule for admissions for the academic year 2023-24, officials said on Tuesday. DU vice chancellor Yogesh Singh is scheduled to hold a press conference at 11:30am on Wednesday, with announcements to be made regarding the undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) and PhD admissions at the university.
