This will be the first time the university will admit students into the PhD programmes through a common test instead of conducting written tests and interviews. The academic council has also discussed the issues related to admissions, attendance of undergraduate, post graduate and PhD enrolled students for the academic session 2023- 24. The PhD entrance test will be scheduled with the help of National Testing Agency. However, other teaching and non- teaching candidates serving the Delhi University can directly appear for the interview.
