Was lucky to Visit the FIFA headquarters building for a business meeting, so not sure if it is open at all for public visits. The site is around 30 minutes from the centre of Zurich on a tram and is set in a wooded green area with some stunning landscaping and an amazing building. The building apparently has stone or materials from every country that has competed in the World Cup competitions, fantastic building which I do hope can be visited by the public at some point. If you visit the FIFA headquarters and you would consider it a completely private firm, I think you would be in awe on some of the magnificence of the building and some lovely areas, including incredible grounds and sporting areas. The main issue is that this is just too magnificent to be the Headquarters of just a popular sport. It looks more like an hedonistic palace for corrupt rulers than an sporting venue Hi there I'm coming to Zurich to see Katy Perry in late February and as a keen Fulham fan, I'd love to visit FIFA. But I'm coming with a friend who's not into football much and wondered if I could tempt her there with a cafe stop.
