Money lost for 45 days! Greetings Flywire, I am here once again to lament that it's been 45 days and my issue has not yet been solved. When Flywire first sent me an email that I would receive my money back in 3 days, I waited. When they money did not come, I contacted them and they told me to wait 13 more days. They said that maybe the issue is from my bank. 13 days passed and I contacted my bank. My bank then began tracing the money. All this while, Flywire did not do anything from their side. For 30 days, I had no help from them regarding this issue. They did not bother to check why I was not receiving the money back or listen to my complaints. I was suffering and still am till now. We worked hard to save that money. My son is suffering knowing that he won't be able to study now and that a huge institution is doing this to us. When Flywire finally started to get in touch with me, they said that they began an investigation with the bank and do not know when they would have a response for me. Do you staff of Flywire have an idea of what I am going through everyday because of an amount of money that will ruin a child's education? Are you in favor of a child getting his education or are you in favor of parents not having access to the money they saved for their child's education? Because if you are in favor of a child getting his education and feel for the child staying home for a year with their parents' money lost, you would be worried and do something.
