We had a pleasant stay in Ginger OMR for more than a week in May 2023. The staff were friendly. Sunil and Hemamalini were congenial and attended us to our needs. Mr. Karthik had a good attitude to visitors and ushered us during breakfasts. Cleaning staff were responsive and perfect. However, there were a couple of instances when we were irked.(New Hotel, New Staff, Novice) I hope it gets better in time. I would point out that there is no shade outside the building within the premises...also, there is no shelter for vehicles. Everything else was great. Liked the stay very much.
