An average looking property but courtesy the one man show of Mr. Rohit performing the dutues of manager, cook, waiter, bar tender, room attendent and handling all guests with smile on his face was something worth emulating. The food was delicious and the property is on the main road. Must stay if visiting North Sikkim.. This is a very compact hotel in a very remote place. We had only 2 other guests in the hotel and the service given was excellent. The manager was very helpful and provided us with warm beds and good food. We stayed for one night and has Lunch dinner and Breakfast which was very homely and well prepared. Overall experience was very good. Packed breakfast was provided for Gurudongmar Lake Trip which was OK considering the Location and cold climate. Our experience was very good. OK so so hotel, no view from hotel, poor service from the staff, the cook lady is sweet and courteous, food is acceptable, services are bare minimum, no towels, packed breakfast was given...

Initially while one walks in to the hotel, one may think if it was a right choice.. but very soon will realise that was absolutely right choice.. Excellent room service, food quality and not to miss the desert @ end. And if you are in right room then breath taking view. Scope of improvement- providing room heaters .. I will never recommend anyone to think of this hotel. No reception, smelly dining hall, haphazard management. They denied confirmed booking made through Booking.com.
