Check in process was quite fast and good. But the cover for the room card was almost in a worn off condition. The walls of the lift were not at all cleaned or dusted for quite a while and I think the hotel management is not at all aware of the need for maintaining and cleaning. The rooms were okay. Spacious and the bed spreads were clean. The bathroom was also okay, enough space and clean, but the taps are stained may be due to hard water.
