Surah Baqarah – Last two verses and the Virtues Surah Baqarah – Last two verses— first verses: 285 اٰمَنَ الرَّسُوۡلُ بِمَاۤ اُنۡزِلَ اِلَیۡہِ مِنۡ رَّبِّہٖ وَ الۡمُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ ؕ کُلٌّ اٰمَنَ بِاللّٰہِ وَ مَلٰٓئِکَتِہٖ وَ کُتُبِہٖ وَ رُسُلِہٖ ۟ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَیۡنَ اَحَدٍ مِّنۡ رُّسُلِہٖ ۟ وَ قَالُوۡا سَمِعۡنَا وَ اَطَعۡنَا ٭۫ غُفۡرَانَکَ رَبَّنَا وَ اِلَیۡکَ الۡمَصِیۡرُ ﴿۲۸۵ Meaning of verse 285 The Messenger believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and so did the believers. Everyone believes in Allah, His angels, His books and His messengers. We make no distinction between any of His Messengers. And they say: We have heard and accepted. O our Lord! I seek Your forgiveness and refuge in You. Surah Baqarah – Last two verses — two verses: 286 لَا یُکَلِّفُ اللّٰہُ نَفۡسًا اِلَّا وُسۡعَہَا ؕ لَہَا مَا کَسَبَتۡ وَ عَلَیۡہَا مَا اکۡتَسَبَتۡ ؕ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذۡنَاۤ اِنۡ نَّسِیۡنَاۤ اَوۡ اَخۡطَاۡنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَ لَا تَحۡمِلۡ عَلَیۡنَاۤ اِصۡرًا کَمَا حَمَلۡتَہٗ عَلَ الَّذِیۡنَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَ لَا تُحَمِّلۡنَا مَا لَا طَاقَۃَ لَنَا بِہٖ ۚ وَ اعۡفُ عَنَّا ٝ وَ اغۡفِرۡ لَنَا ٝ وَ ارۡحَمۡنَا ٝ اَنۡتَ مَوۡلٰىنَا فَانۡصُرۡنَا عَلَی الۡقَوۡمِ الۡکٰفِرِیۡنَ ﴿۲۸۶﴾٪ Meaning of verse 286 Allah does not impose on anyone a responsibility beyond his ability [1]. His is the reward of what he earns good, and his reward of what he earns evil. O our Lord! You will not catch us if we forget or make a mistake. O our Lord! Do not burden us as you burdened those before us....

Reciting Surat al

1- Reciting Surat al-Baqarah is a blessing and forsaking it is a cause of regret, and the magicians cannot withstand it. 2- Reciting Surat al-Baqarah in a loud voice is not a must. It is sufficient that it be read and recited in the house, even if it is recited in a low voice. 3- If there is no one in the house who is able to read or recite Surat al-Baqarah, and there is no one who can recite it for them in the house, they can use a recorder to recite it Praise be to Allah. Virtues of reciting Surat al-Baqarah in the home The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) has told us of the great virtue of Among the things that he (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) has told us about its virtue is that the devils flee the house in which this surah is recited, and that is beneficial in protecting against and remedying sihr ( Abu Hurayrah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Do not make your houses into graves, for the Shaytan flees from a house in which Surat al-Baqarah is recited.” Narrated by Muslim (780). Abu Umamah al-Bahili said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say: “Read Surat al-Baqarah, for reciting it regularly is a blessing and forsaking it is a cause of regret, and the magicians cannot withstand it.” Narrated by Muslim (804). Some editions of Sunan Tirmidhi have the words ‘ gharib‘ only. (Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith: 2882)  Imam Ibn Hibban, Imam Hakim and ‘Allamah Dhahabi (rahimahumullah) have declared the Hadith authentic ( sahih). Surah Baqarah’s last two verses (285-286) are also called “Amana Rasul.” The last two Ayats of Surah Baqarah are two of the Quran’s most important verses. Every word is valuable and necessary due to its significance. Surah Al-Baqarah is the lengthiest Surah in the Holy Quran. Therefore, every verse of this Surah has a lot of importance.
