The June 8 draw featured a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 486, two points lower than the previous all-program draw. This was Canada’s ninth all-program draw of 2023. It has also conducted four Provincial Nominee Programs draws and one targeted at Federal Skilled Worker candidates. Canada has now issued 55,449 ITAs in 2023 after inviting 45,115 candidates in the whole of 2022. IRCC issued a record 114,431 ITAs in 2021, to all Canadian Experience Class and Provincial Nominee Program candidates. It beat the previous record of 107,350 set in 2020.
