This company will not stop trying to add themselves back as my energy supplier with Duke Energy even though I have already rescinded this multiple times. NO MEANS NO. Stop trying to add yourself to my account. I want nothing to do with this company after my information was taken down by them under false pretenses, and they will not stop being a pain by making me call Duke every single month to remove them from my account. I DON'T WANT YOU AS MY SUPPLIER. LEAVE ME ALONE. This company's tactics are shameful. After doing some research. I want to terminate my enrollment process. The two guys who came by were great, but when they come by around dinnertime that doesn't give me much time to decide as they eagerly pushed me to make this call in front of them even though it sounded like the agents were suppose to leave before I made the call. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion. We are pleased that we could address the situation with you via email after you filed this complaint. At your request, we terminated your enrollment, removed your information from our database, and placed your address on our internal do-not-knock and do-not-call list. We train our agents to fully explain the nature of our services, which are to provide customers with renewable energy to replace the traditional energy they are currently receiving. We rely on multiple levels of redundancy in the rare event the agent does not adequately explain the nature of our services. Promptly after each enroll...
