Went there in March 21 for psoriasis, 15 days stay. Nice environment, good staff and good doctors. The doctors here dont just tell you what to eat, they follow the same diet. All the staff in the place follows this diet there. Thats how dedicated this place is. The price is low for such a resort, I would say when u compared to other resorts. Its been almost 2 months now and my psoriasis spots are almost gone. The doctor pretty much teaches SOS free diet with indian styled recipes. Will update progress after winter. I went to Manthena Satyanarayana arogyalayam with spine related issues ie back and cervical neck problems. I went there in the month of August 2021. and it was such a wonderful experience infact it changed my life holistically. it was such an eye opener as far as health was concerned. I have gone for 8 day lemon honey fasting and it was so so refreshing and rejuvenating. I have also done juice and fruits fasting. the entire treatment is so well planned out that everything has a meaning. if you go with open mind then you can achieve something which you thought would be impossible or out of your reach. I was able to loose 7 kgs of weight in a natural and healthy weight and it came in to the healthy weight bracket. my spine problem also got way better.
