I would start with the taste of this product, its horrible like something super sour And as the product claims to treat pigmented lips, this product did nothing. It will somewhat hydrate but wont lighten the pigmentation. I have religiouly used it in both am/pm routine for around 2 weeks and saw no visible results but will continue using it to know if it actually works. Rashmi 2.0 out of 5 stars Watery texture. It is reducing pigmentation actually but the texture of lip balm is disturbing after 15 days of use, it was thicker which stays long but after a 15-20 day of use it comes watery texture which irritate the lips. Not worth for money.
