Sankranti Holidays 2023: Check List of Holidays in January 2023

Republic Day is also in month of January on 26th. Most of the holidays in January 2023 are on Sundays and second Saturdays. This will be a little disappointment for students and employees. As January 1st falls on a Sunday, students and employees missed the chance to get additional leave. And Bhogi is on 14th January. The government declared a general holiday on that day as well. Telangana Releases Academic Calendar for 2023

Hyderabad: Telangana’s Department of School Education has finalised the schedule for the academic year 2022-23 on Tuesday. The classes for the new academic year will commence on June 12 and April 24 will be the last working day. During the academic year 2023-24, the schools in Telangana state will work for a total of 229 days. Yoga and meditation classes will be held for students for five minutes every day in schools. The syllabus for the 10th class must be completed by January 10, 2024. The final examinations will be held in March next year. The Summative Assessment (SA)-II exams will be conducted from April 8 to April 18, 2024 for the students of classes one to nine. The holidays for Dussehra festival would be from October 14 to October 25, 2023 while the Sankranti vacations will be from January 12 to January 17, 2024. The schools will remain closed for summer holidays from April 25 to June 11, 2024. Also Read:
