THE WITCH: PART 2 - THE OTHER ONE is a huge letdown considering just how good the original movie was. This one feels like a weak rehash and the insanely complex plotting of the first half an hour is enough to put off even the most hardened viewers of Korean cinema. The story retreads the first film's in the tale of a new test subject who takes refuge at a remote farmhouse before the bad guys show up. At nearly two and a half hours in length, most of this feels like cheesy padding, with about three different sets of villains for no good reason. The CGI FX are embarrassing and although the ending is good it takes a long time to get there.
