My Upwork account is suspended

I've been using Upwork for many years and it's been ok until I found my account is suspended today. Since I got a reply from Upwork CS, they said it was because of Paypal, but not them. I have no clue why it happened all of a sudden. This is what they said: "While looking into your account, it was restricted because the funding source of your PayPal account has been removed or is restricted. Please contact PayPal directly to resolve this matter." How do I figure it out? Hi Welcome to the PayPal Community and thank you for your post! I am sorry to hear what has happened.
