Changes have been made in the timings of darshan in the temple after the Falgun Lakkhi fair of the year 2023. Now the Shyam Mandir remains open 24 hours for devotees to visit. There are five aartis performed in Khatushyamji Temple. Mangla Aarti starts at 5:50 AM in winter and 4:30 AM in summer. Shringar Aarti starts at 8:00 AM in winter and 7:00 AM in summer. Bhog Aarti starts at 12:30 PM in winter and 12:30 PM in summer. Sandhya Aarti starts at 6:30 PM in winter and 7:30 PM in summer. Shayan Aarti starts at 9:00 PM in winter and 10:00 PM in summer. Khatushyamji town is located in Sikar district of Rajasthan. The nearest railway station is Ringas or Reengus Junction. Its distance from Khatushyamji is approximately 18 Kilometers. Ringas town is located on National Highway number 52 that extends from Jaipur to Sikar. Its distance from Jaipu is approximately 60 kilometers and from Sikar is 50 kilometers. You can reach Khatushyamji from Delhi by train, bus and flight. You have to reach Ringas or Reengus first and then Khatushyamji only by road. Khatu Shyam Mandir

Khatu Shyam Mandir is known as the Kalyugi avatar of Bhagwan Shri Krishna. Khatu Shyam Mandir is located in Sikar district of Rajasthan, which is visited by a large number of devotees every year. In this pilgrimage site Krishna and Barbarika are the worshiped deities, who are often worshiped as Kuldevta. The idol is made of rare stone. Devotees believe that the temple houses the head of Barbarika or Khatushyam, a great warrior who sacrificed his head at the request of Krishna during the Kurukshetra war.
