As a result of the Graduate Retention Program, the province of Saskatchewan hopes to establish itself as a destination for new college graduates. Post-secondary graduates who have worked and resided in the province for at least seven years after graduation are eligible for a tuition fee return of up to $20,000. A Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) called Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is a collection of immigration pathways. It enables foreigners to become permanent residents of the province. It is to attract immigrants in areas that will benefit the province: skilled workers, workers in sectors with labor shortages, job offers, and entrepreneurs. Saskatchewan Express Entry One of Saskatchewan’s provincial nominee programs, the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), is the Saskatchewan Express Entry pool for International Skilled Workers. For federal Express Entry candidates with high-skilled work experience in a profession not on the SINP Excluded Occupation List, an Expression of Interest is required to be reviewed for consideration in the stream.
