Turkish Airlines TK

Pros: The planes took off and landed smoothly and without crashing Cons: The connection time allowed in Istanbul was too short. Anything less than 2.5 hrs is too short. Covid social distancing was a joke in Istanbul and the business class boarded with everyone else - the airline run out of meals in business class!!! I will not fly with TK again. Pros: The planes took off and landed smoothly Cons: Short connection time - way too short for this size airport. Never book a transfer in Istanbul with less than 2.5 hrs connection time. The airport adherence to covid social distancing rules was a joke. I think it was the worst experience and provoked a lot of stress. The boarding was also chaotic and business class did not board separately. The Meals on board were poor - fish or lamb (smelly) they quickly run out of pasta in business class. This whole experience was bad. Pros: NA Cons: I was not allowed to fly because the reason was “tourist” even though the website said that Croatia was open to tourists. I was not given a straight answer as to what is going on the whole day. The assistants at the Turkish ticket counter were very friendly but the experience was so stressful as I was stuck at the airport and there are no ATM’s so I could not pay for a visa to get a hotel to stay in Turkey for the night. I finally managed to pay online, but really just a horrible experience all around. Pros: Not much I liked at all for the rave I’ve been hearing. Cons: Crew needs attitude ad...
