By India Today Sports Desk: Injured pacer Jasprit Bumrah made his first appearance in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 after his back surgery as he arrived at Narendra Modi Stadium to cheer for Mumbai Indians in their IPL 2023 match against Gujarat Titans on Tuesday. Mumbai Indians posted a photo of Bumrah at the Narendra Modi stadium shortly after the coin toss. "Boom Boom... Bumrah," the franchise captioned the post. Notably, Bumrah underwent successful lower back surgery in New Zealand. The specialist advised the fast bowler to begin his rehab six weeks after surgery, and Bumrah has begun his rehab management at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru on Friday. Bumrah has completed surgery for the persistent back problems that have forced him to miss nearly six months of international cricket.
