If the printer supports 5.0 GHz, connect it to the 5.0 GHz band SSID. • Bonjour support (Mac): HP recommends routers that support Bonjour, Apple's network discovery software. Windows 11 Print Preview Issue

Hi all, I was recently contacted by somebody in my department about printing issues that they were having. When they try to open the print preview through any microsoft product or any webpage, it hangs (~5 minute load time) before finally allowing the print preview dialogue. They are running windows 11, up to date OS and drivers, and are sure that the issue is not printer related. They can "quick print" from outlook and adobe acrobat with no issues. Additionally, they experience this if they are working remotely or on site, and they have verified it is not the printer. Any advice about how to tackle this problem? It is certainly something related to the laptop that they are using, and everything I found online was not helping (I disabled printer notifications, and I disabled microsoft print to PDF) any help is appreciated, thanks.
